Requirements

  • Highly skilled with structured text & ladder logic, HMI/SCADA development, electrical schematic design, system integration, functional safety and the advanced automation, robotics market.
  • 8+ years of experience in controls engineering, industrial automation, electrical system design, or mechatronic systems designing robotic cells, motion control systems, power distribution panels, safety systems or custom machinery for customers.
  • Adept in PLC programming using Rockwell Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal, EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Showcase problem solving and system-level thinking as well as cross‑functional collaboration and technical leadership in a global setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, Associates and 10+ equivalent or high school diploma and 12+ equivalent relative years experience.
  • At ease communicating in professional-level English across multiple countries.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer needs into executable technical solutions and system architectures, balancing performance, cost, manufacturability, and long‑term supportability.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, from concept and design through factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and commissioning.
  • Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities while driving corrective actions to ensure reliable, high‑quality system delivery.
  • Coach engineering colleagues on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation, best practices, and lessons learned from past projects.
