We’re looking for a Senior Contracts Management Specialist to join our team here at Jeppesen ForeFlight. You’ll lead negotiations and manage complex contracts that support global business. In this senior role, you’ll take the lead in external negotiations, partner with internal stakeholders, and provide innovative contractual solutions. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in contracts, procurement, finance, or related business functions.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to manage complex, high-pressure situations with sound judgment.
  • High standards of ethics, integrity, and collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts/subcontracts.
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity when contracting with a foreign military and/or government.
  • Experience with US Government contracting methods and their FARs and DFARs
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and high-level customer negotiations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, contracts, legal, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Complex Negotiations: Take primary responsibility for negotiating and executing contracts, including sales, licensing, and intellectual property agreements.
  • Represent ForeFlight with Customers: Serve as the lead negotiator in external engagements with diverse global customers.
  • Shape Business Solutions: Present and develop innovative contractual solutions that drive growth and preserve Boeing’s business interests.
  • Manage Contractual Risk: Summarize complex issues, develop mitigation strategies, and guide teams through risk management.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead coordination across finance, legal, operations, and other functions to align contractual strategy.
  • Assess & Mitigate Risk: Conduct contractual risk analyses, recommend solutions, and coordinate mitigation strategies.
  • Balance Priorities: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a global team environment.
  • Mentor & Support Team: Share expertise and help build capability across the contracts team.
  • Travel as Needed: Domestic and international travel may be required.
