The Oregon Department of Justice is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Contracting Officer (Procurement & Contract Specialist 3) to join the Administrative Services Division, Operations Section. This role serves as the Senior Contracting Officer for the procurement unit, responsible for reviewing requests, preparing appropriate procurement methods and documents in accordance with federal and state laws, interpreting statutes, rules, and guidelines, and providing advice to agency staff on contracts and agreements. The position also involves mentoring other Procurement & Contract Specialists. The Operations Section supports the agency's purchasing, contracts, facilities management, publications, supply/property, and mail services.
