Negotiation with vendors/contractors and customers is also a part of this role, as is recommending and preparing awards and contract documents, ensuring approvals and signatures, and managing internal review processes. Maintaining contract files and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and auditability, and assisting with Government business systems audits and self-assessments are also essential. The role demands integrity, ethics, good judgment, and the ability to perform other assigned duties.
