About The Position
Hercules is looking for a senior or staff level Content Writer to deep dive into our customers and share data-driven research and insights. This role involves writing customer case studies and research-driven blog posts, reports, and deep dives about trends observed across customers.
Requirements
- Exceptional writing ability, capable of turning complex information into clear, compelling stories that are terse, simple, specific, and useful.
- Portfolio of long-form published work.
- Ability to conduct extensive customer interviews, diving deep on unexpected information to uncover convincing case study details.
- Ability to independently generate interesting research questions and stories.
- Comfort working with data, spotting patterns, and presenting findings through clear charts and explanations; ability to verify numbers and challenge assumptions.
- Quickly understand how different businesses operate and how software affects their revenue, costs, and day-to-day work.
- Extensive use of AI to increase output speed and quality.
- Understanding of search intent, internal linking, and other SEO best practices.
Responsibilities
- Write hundreds of case studies about customers and the value Hercules has created for them.
- Write detailed, research-driven blog posts, reports, and deep dives about trends seen across customers.
