About The Position

Fullscript is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to support its growing Enterprise business. This strategic, hands-on role is crucial for Fullscript's expansion into large conventional healthcare organizations in the United States. The position involves developing content strategies to drive Enterprise growth, accelerate adoption, build trust with healthcare leaders and providers, and achieve product-market fit in a new market segment. The role operates at the intersection of Content Strategy, Product Marketing, Enterprise Growth, and Healthcare Education, requiring an individual who excels at building, thrives in ambiguity, and can both strategize and execute content.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise or B2B go-to-market motions.
  • Proven ability to build full-funnel content strategies from the ground up.
  • Strong discovery and research skills.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication abilities.
  • Experience translating customer insights into actionable content strategies.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve content creation and productivity.

  • Experience in HealthTech, Digital Health, or Healthcare SaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Enterprise business goals.
  • Identify content gaps across the entire Enterprise customer journey.
  • Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into clear content priorities.
  • Establish content roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.
  • Lead discovery efforts by engaging with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership teams.
  • Conduct direct engagement with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Enterprise healthcare buyers and provider audiences.
  • Translate research findings into actionable content opportunities.
  • Create and contribute to content assets, including case studies, customer stories, sales enablement materials, thought leadership content, clinical education content, video scripts, narrative briefs, and Enterprise marketing collateral.
  • Partner with internal and external subject matter experts.
  • Leverage AI tools like Claude to accelerate content creation and execution.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Brand, and Growth teams.
  • Develop content that supports demand generation, deal progression, adoption, and customer growth.
  • Continuously evaluate content effectiveness and optimize based on performance.
  • Establish content standards, templates, and governance processes.
  • Improve content discoverability and accessibility.
  • Build repeatable systems that support Enterprise growth.
