Praytell is a creative communications agency seeking a Senior Content Strategist to lead social and content strategy across assigned accounts. The role involves developing monthly organic social briefs, content strategy inputs, content calendar guidance, and platform/channel direction. The strategist will translate client goals, audience behavior, cultural signals, and platform shifts into clear content direction, providing POVs on brand content, writing briefs for creative and creator teams, and turning insights into actionable creative direction. This includes clarifying platform roles, audience behaviors, formats, messages, and reasons to believe. The role also involves partnering with Creative on concept reviews, guiding feedback on creative elements, and working with Analytics on monthly reports and campaign recaps to translate performance data into clear takeaways and recommendations. The strategist will stay informed about platform and cultural shifts, bring forward timely ideas, and support client and agency collaboration by explaining the rationale behind strategic decisions and connecting organic social to broader campaign efforts. Collaboration with Creative, Analytics, PR, Influencer/Creator, Account, Paid Media, and Project Management teams is essential.
