About The Position

People around the world learn how to use Adobe products through instructional videos, discovery visuals and articles. Adobe is going beyond these traditional learning methods, integrating next-generation learning directly into desktop, mobile, and web products. We’re looking for a Content Producer to join our team and help transform how customers learn and adopt our products by driving content production and growing the team’s speed, efficiency, and impact. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, external vendors, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality content at scale.

Requirements

  • Real passion for content and an in-depth knowledge of the content build and production process and/or content production management experience in a technology environment
  • A fluid understanding of project management and risk management
  • Extensive experience delivering content at scale and working across different functions and regions
  • Experience working on high-visibility projects with multiple collaborators and teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and manage partner relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with the ability to guide in an environment of ambiguity and a diverse range of partners
  • Attention to detail, with a keen focus on the impact of content quality on customer experience
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, capable of handling simultaneous and intricate projects and priorities that have overlapping schedules
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product, content, and design leads to triage work for the team using the product roadmap and priorities.
  • Ensure we track progress against business priorities and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative team and agency partners to source and develop outstanding content. This includes discovery and onboarding materials as well as visual and motion experience content.
  • Manage the content production process, from intake through review and delivery
  • Drive weekly planning and day-to-day operations including assigning and tracking work, managing timelines and schedules, updating trackers and dashboards, and managing collaborators
  • Build clear process standards and documentation and advocate for design guidelines and clear requirements
  • Drive the team’s connections with important internal groups like product, marketing, and UX development, along with external vendors.
  • Identify chances to collaborate, keep processes consistent, and track ongoing work.
