About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Producer with at least 8 years of advertising production expertise to join our Content Production team. In this role, you will independently manage complex projects, mentor junior producers, and serve as the critical link between Creative, Account, and Strategy teams – transforming ambitious ideas into exceptional deliverables. Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of content production experience, ideally within an advertising agency setting
  • Deep understanding of ad agency workflow from creative brief and concepting to client approvals and final delivery
  • Proven experience producing integrated campaigns, social content, video, static assets, live broadcasts/livestream, packaging and editing of live events such as B2B
  • Demonstrated mentoring experience with junior producers
  • Proficiency managing content production across multiple mediums and platforms
  • Working knowledge of SAG and non-union talent rules and contracts
  • Familiarity with industry-standard production tools and software
  • Strong visual judgment and experience working alongside creative teams
  • Strong financial acumen in budget management, vendor negotiation, and cost optimization
  • Excellent project management abilities balancing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Superior organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful problem-solver with adaptability and strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • hands-on video/photo capture skills is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-profile content production projects from conceptualization through final delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Act as the primary production hub between Creative, Project Management, and Business Leadership teams, translating client objectives into actionable plans
  • Oversee static and video content across multiple formats and platforms, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets
  • Partner with Business Affairs and Legal to ensure production compliance and proper contract management
  • Supervise and mentor junior producers, fostering professional growth and driving team excellence
  • Research, vet, and manage a comprehensive network of vendors, freelancers, and agencies; make expert recommendations for directors, photographers, illustrators, and talent based on specific project needs
  • Manage all production documentation including estimates, bids, schedules, contracts, and invoices
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure top-tier talent across varying budgets
  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and challenges proactively, with innovative solutions and escalating when appropriate
  • Stay current with new technologies, production techniques, and industry trends
  • Ensure adherence to legal guidelines, including SAG and non-union contracts
  • Support team members on complex challenges while modeling strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
