About The Position

Greenlight is seeking a Senior Content Creator who is a natural creator and strategist. This role involves owning the company's organic social and influencer programs end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be comfortable creating content quickly, appearing on camera, and developing strategies to drive account growth. This is a hybrid role requiring both hands-on content creation and strategic planning.

Requirements

• 6+ years in social media, with significant hands-on creator experience.
• Proven organic growth track record with demonstrable results.
• Genuine comfort and ability to be on camera and carry video content.
• Strong video skills including shooting on a phone, editing (e.g., CapCut), writing hooks, and editing for retention.
• Deep platform fluency, particularly in TikTok and Instagram, with an understanding of algorithms.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly turn cultural moments into social posts.
• Understanding of Greenlight's audiences and ability to push and grow reach on social media.
• Experience building and running influencer or creator programs.
• Portfolio or reel showcasing work and account growth is required.

• Experience managing external agencies.
• Experience with consumer brands or speaking to audiences of parents and teens.

Responsibilities

• Create original social-first content, including appearing on camera, across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Monitor culture and platform trends daily and act quickly on relevant trends.
• Own and execute the content social strategy, including audience, platform mix, content pillars, posting cadence, and growth targets.
• Manage the multi-channel organic content calendar for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Direct the influencer and creator program, including sourcing, briefs, content approval, and relationship management.
• Lead the UGC program with the growth team for organic and paid content sourcing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external social and influencer agency partners.
• Contribute to product marketing and brand campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strengthen customer service communications on social media.
• Own social reporting and analytics, sharing learnings and optimizing content performance.
