About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Temporary Senior Content Creator who specializes in ideating and producing compelling video and still content designed specifically for social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing short-form and long form video capture and editing, trend-driven content, platform-native storytelling, and creative work that drives audience engagement across channels. As a key member of our lean and agile team, you will partner closely with strategists, creatives, and account teams to ideate, develop and execute social-first content that aligns with brand objectives and cultural moments. You'll bring fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions, help shape content strategies, and identify opportunities to create timely, relevant, and impactful content. This role requires a strong understanding of social platforms, emerging trends, creator-inspired content formats, and best practices for audience engagement. While occasional on-camera participation may be required, the primary focus is on your ability to concept, capture, produce, and edit high-quality content rather than serving as on-screen talent or building a personal brand. Success in this role requires creativity, adaptability, strong storytelling instincts, and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum experience.
• Bachelor's in advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required.
• Must be US based.
• Must Work EST hours.
• Understand how to capture content within social platforms (Instagram Creator Tools, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok) and provide visual guidance on social assets.
• Comfortable shooting on an iPhone and have video editing skills.
• Have shot in a lit studio environment and are not afraid to do your own styling.
• Proficiency with a range of Adobe Creative Products (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Adobe Express, Illustrator).
• List social media handles or portfolio.

• Proof of solid experience creating content. Provide examples of social content (video preferred) you have created for your personal brand or a client.

• Demonstrate Social Media Expertise with Brand Alignment: Create engaging content for platforms like META (Instagram, Facebook) and TikTok, maintaining consistency with the client’s bold personality and evolving tone.
• Demonstrate a background in high output environments: Content creation for multiple brands with various outputs and timelines.
• Demonstrate Video Production capabilities: Planning shots, shooting content, editing final video deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and create visual social media assets (including Instagram Story wallpaper, layouts, frames) for TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and other social media channels.
• Manage personal production on social content photo and video shoots.
• Brainstorm inventive content ideas and apply new formats that promote engagement.
• Pitch ideated content to internal and client teams.
• Capture content within social platforms (Instagram Creator Tools, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok) and provide visual guidance on social assets.
• Work from home doing all aspects of social content creation, including brainstorming, pitching, storyboarding, shooting, and editing.
