About The Position

The Senior Content & Brand Strategy Manager is responsible for owning the strategy, execution, and governance of Waste Harmonics Keter's content and brand communications. This role serves as the steward of our brand voice and messaging, ensuring every piece of content supports our business objectives, strengthens our market position, and helps customers understand the value of our solutions. This is not a traditional content writing role. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer, editor, project manager, and brand leader who can translate complex business concepts into compelling content while managing agency partners, collaborating with subject matter experts, and driving content initiatives that support marketing, sales, recruiting, and executive communications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B content strategy, brand marketing, product marketing, or content marketing
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging strategy, and editorial best practices
  • Experience managing agencies, freelance partners, or external creative teams
  • Proven ability to build content strategies that support both marketing and sales objectives
  • Experience interviewing subject matter experts and transforming technical expertise into customer-friendly content
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Curiosity and desire to learn complex industries and communicate them effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
  • Knowledge of content strategy for AI-powered search and generative discovery platforms
  • Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Clearscope, Conductor, or similar SEO tools
  • Experience developing sales enablement content, case studies, executive thought leadership, and product marketing materials
  • Familiarity with structured content, schema markup, FAQs, and entity-based SEO
  • Experience in B2B managed services, facilities management, logistics, commercial real estate, manufacturing, sustainability, SaaS, or other complex industries
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, or other marketing automation platforms
  • Experience leveraging AI tools responsibly to improve content development, research, and workflow efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an enterprise content strategy that supports brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement
  • Own Waste Harmonics Keter's brand voice, messaging, positioning, and editorial standards across all marketing and communication channels
  • Create and manage editorial calendars aligned with strategic initiatives, business priorities, and customer needs
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Operations, Operations, Finance, Sustainability, and executive leadership to develop impactful content
  • Translate complex operational, technical, and industry concepts into clear, engaging, customer-focused messaging
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with external creative and content partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives
  • Develop comprehensive creative briefs that define audience, messaging, objectives, SEO opportunities, tone, and success metrics
  • Review and edit all content for quality, clarity, accuracy, brand consistency, and strategic value before publication
  • Build scalable processes for gathering expertise from internal subject matter experts while minimizing review cycles
  • Create thought leadership, website content, blogs, case studies, white papers, sales collateral, executive communications, and social media content
  • Partner with Sales to develop messaging that addresses buyer challenges, supports the sales process, and strengthens competitive positioning
  • Manage content requests across Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, and executive leadership while balancing strategic priorities and project timelines
  • Maintain an organized content library, editorial workflows, templates, and governance processes
  • Monitor content performance and continuously optimize messaging based on engagement, search visibility, and business impact
