The Senior Content and Training Designer is responsible for developing high-quality, plain language content using the Four-Step Public Relations Process as well as the Five-Step ADDIE content development process to create engaging training curricula for the Indiana Public Retirement System. To excel in this role, you should have a strong passion for learning and development, exceptional content creation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and engage with employees at all levels. Your creativity, attention to detail, and organizational abilities will be critical in developing impactful training content and managing the curricula development process. Requiring a mastery of AP Style and Plain Language Guide, you will be responsible for training content management. You must be an expert collaborator and relationship-builder. You will be responsible for interviewing key stakeholders, developing content to directly support all aspects of training from organizational to job-role specific throughout INPRS, and will directly support the Director of Organizational Training and Development. You will fulfill a dire need for the creation of clear, specific, and standards-driven training materials at all levels. You will need to demonstrate strong writing, editing, and organizational skills, an ability to adhere to the ADDIE Design Model in developing training content, and superior project management skills to ensure training content is flawless, on schedule, and adheres to all brand standards and departmental governance framework.
