Senior Consultant
About The Position
As a Senior Consultant within Oracle Consulting's Payroll practice, you will partner with customers to design, implement, and optimize Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions that transform how organizations manage their workforce. Working alongside experienced consultants, solution architects, and project managers, you will lead functional design activities, configure Oracle Cloud Payroll, guide customers through testing and deployment, and provide trusted business process recommendations throughout the implementation lifecycle. Success in this role requires strong consulting skills, functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers while delivering high quality solutions on time and within budget. This position offers opportunities to expand your expertise across Oracle Cloud HCM, collaborate with cross-functional implementation teams, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to the continued growth of Oracle Consulting.
