Senior Consultant - Technical Enablement

Kalles GroupSeattle, WA
$100,000 - $150,000Hybrid

About The Position

Kalles Group is seeking a Senior Consultant - Technical Enablement to help secure the future for companies by enabling them with AI and technology tools. This role involves partnering with teams to understand their goals, designing and delivering training sessions, developing resources, providing user support, staying current on technology trends, and measuring the impact of enablement efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making technology accessible and practical for everyday business users.

Requirements

  • Integrity: You believe in doing the right thing, even when it's uncomfortable, seemingly inefficient, or costly.
  • Purposefulness: You have a desire to serve others with your skillset and an openness to continuous learning and growth.
  • Ownership: You stick to your commitments, follow up with action, and seek clarity in communication & expectations.
  • You know Microsoft 365 inside and out, especially Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, and you are fluent in AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
  • You can demonstrate them in context, not just describe what they do.
  • You learn new technology fast. When a new feature drops or a tool changes, you pick it up on your own and figure out how to make it useful for the people you support.
  • You have experience designing and delivering training: workshops, lunch-and-learns, onboarding guides, quick reference resources, etc.
  • You know how to meet people where they are and make technical concepts click.
  • You make technology accessible.
  • You are a strong discovery partner. You know how to ask the right questions, understand what a team really needs, and scope an engagement clearly before diving in.
  • You confidently manage relationships and engagements, keeping things organized, maintaining quality across multiple workstreams, and communicating proactively with stakeholders.
  • You are a natural collaborator. You enjoy working alongside other consultants, sharing what is working, and building on each other’s ideas and experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams to understand their goals, workflows, and pain points, and identify where AI and technology tools can meaningfully support their work.
  • Build trusted relationships with teams you support, translate needs into clear enablement plans.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, hands-on workshops, and other learning experiences that make technology feel practical and accessible for everyday business users.
  • Develop practical, easy-to-follow resources including guides, playbooks, and reference docs, and write communications that keep business users in the loop on tools, updates, and what is available to them.
  • Field questions from business users across the organization, helping them get unstuck and get the most out of the tools available to them.
  • Keep up with new features, tool updates, and changes across the AI and M365 landscape. Pick up new technology quickly and help business users understand what is new and how it applies to their work.
  • Measure the impact of enablement engagements, gather feedback from business users, and use insights to strengthen enablement support.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision benefits programs.
  • 401(k) with matching.
  • 3 weeks of Paid Time Off, PLUS 8 paid company holidays and 2 flexible holidays for anything you want to celebrate!
  • Work/life balance – we know there’s more to life than work!
  • We encourage our team to pursue other passions, get outside, and spend time with family.
  • We work with clients and consultants to set expectations for a manageable workload.
