The Senior Consultant, Strategic Initiatives & Change Management will play a critical role in shaping and delivering transformational initiatives that drive impact across the organization and for our clients. This role is at the forefront of change, championing the adoption of new ways of working and fostering a culture that embraces innovation and continuous improvement. This role supports the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs – from opportunity identification to execution – with a strong emphasis on change management. With a focus on embedding digital capabilities that are scalable, people-centric, and business aligned, you will proactively identify potential barriers and create strategies to mitigate them, ensuring employees are engaged, prepared, and supported throughout the transformation journey. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear action.
