Learn more at www.esource.com As a Senior Consultant, Solution Delivery, you’ll deliver Meter-to-Cash solutions for utility clients across technical and functional subject matter expertise, architecture, integration, QA, testing, deployment and cutover, and data services and conversions. You’ll be a hands-on practitioner—shaping solution design, leading workstreams within larger engagements, and partnering closely with clients to make sure the work lands. This role is ideal for someone who has built deep expertise in their craft, takes pride in clean execution, and wants to do meaningful work for the energy industry without having to step away from the technical work to do it.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in solution delivery, professional services, or technical consulting.
  • Demonstrated depth in at least one Meter-to-Cash solution area—Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), or related platforms—across technical or functional subject matter expertise, architecture, integration, QA, testing, deployment and cutover, or data services and conversions.
  • Experience leading workstreams within larger client engagements.
  • Fluency with delivery methodologies (agile, hybrid, and waterfall) and the judgment to work within whichever fits the engagement.
  • Strong client communication skills, including running working sessions and translating between technical and business audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Have delivered in software implementation, data services, or technical consulting environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality work on Meter-to-Cash client engagements across one or more solution areas: technical and functional architecture, integration, QA, testing, deployment and cutover, or data services and conversions.
  • Lead a workstream within a larger engagement—owning your scope, timeline, and quality—while coordinating with the engagement lead.
  • Shape solution design with utility clients on Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), or related Meter-to-Cash platforms, and translate their needs into clear, workable approaches.
  • Build trusted working relationships with client practitioners and counterparts.
  • Mentor junior consultants on craft, tools, and delivery practices.
  • Contribute to estimates, proposals, and shaping new work within your area of expertise.
  • Identify risks and issues early, and bring them forward with options.
  • Help refine delivery methods, tools, and templates so the team gets a little better with every engagement.
