As a senior consultant- senior project manager in the Change Management Learning and Development practice area, you will collaborate with team members to provide project management leadership across one or more workstreams within the SUNY Digital Transformation Project, supporting planning, execution, coordination, reporting, and delivery activities. This role will work closely with SUNY stakeholders, implementation teams, vendors, and the SUNY project management office to ensure project activities are aligned with overall Digital Transformation Project objectives. Serving as a senior project manager, your day-to-day role as a NYSTEC consultant will include managing complex technology implementation, modernization, or digital transformation projects in higher education and/or state government environments. This individual should bring strong experience leading cross-functional teams, managing project schedules and budgets, supporting project management office (PMO) governance, facilitating requirements and stakeholder working sessions, and delivering executive-level status reporting.
