About The Position

As a Senior Consultant at BlastX, you help solve the three problems every client brings to us, whatever their industry or size: their team doesn't trust their data, their digital experience is broken and they don't know where or why, or they're paying for MarTech tools that aren't earning their keep. Your strong command of marketing and data analytics tools is what lets you rebuild that trust, pinpoint what's broken, and get the MarTech stack working the way it should. In this client-facing position, you help organizations capture and analyze data, then translate those insights into actionable recommendations that move them toward their digital experience goals. Our Senior Consultants possess a robust consultative mindset, a genuine commitment to delivering value to clients, and deep experience working with marketing technologies. Senior Consultants have strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a consultative mindset that lets them captivate an audience and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to make informed, data-driven decisions about their digital strategies. In this client-facing role, you'll work directly with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and pain points, then identify, conceptualize, and implement solutions that enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and ongoing value. Senior Consultants are truly customer-centric and excited about making a significant impact on our clients. As Senior Consultant in the Platform Analytics capability, you have an opportunity to Make Your Mark every day — on each other, our clients, our company, our industry, and the community — as you solve the data, experience, and MarTech challenges standing between our clients and the outcomes they're after.
