About The Position

Fractal Analytics is a global, AI-first company and strategic partner to Fortune 500 organizations, specializing in applying advanced analytics and AI to improve decision-making at scale for over 25 years. Their Healthcare & Life Sciences (Pharma) practice supports global pharmaceutical organizations across commercial, R&D, supply chain, and enterprise functions, designing, building, and scaling production-grade AI and GenAI solutions. As a Senior Consultant, Pharma, you will partner with inter-disciplinary teams and Fortune 100 clients to drive AI consulting, delivery, solutioning, growth, and client experience within the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) practice. Key responsibilities include ensuring excellent client experience, superior delivery, transforming delivery methods with Gen AI, building AI-focused domain capabilities, commercializing cross-client solution towers, and driving proposals and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years proven track record of success in leading Pharma projects in Fortune 100 companies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
• 1+ year in ML/AI/Advanced Analytics/Gen AI development and deployment of solutions in any industry
• Cloud engineering knowledge (AWS or Azure or GCP) to complement scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems
• Strong commercial acumen, excellent storytelling abilities, map client challenges to Fractal's capabilities and link them to business outcomes, engage with VPs, Senior Directors
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
• Ability to think on your feet, comfortable with ambiguity, and effective in a cross-functional environment.
• Travel to client locations (40%)
• Demonstrated experience in complex program management, delivery oversight and resource management
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth and identify opportunities for expansion

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple projects as a billable consultant for fortune 100 companies
• Deliver programs with Agentic AI transformation across Commercial Pharma AI e.g. field-force transformation, omnichannel commercial excellence, marketing analytics, next best action, content tagging, patient service/ Fieldforce Copilot Programs leveraging Gen AI, AI, MLOps, LLM ops, Cloud engineering from India, alongside Practice delivery leader
• Translate commercial business questions into clear, actionable analytics use cases
• Act as the liaison between data science teams and marketing/sales leaders to ensure insights are commercially relevant.
• Turn complex data and model outputs into simple stories, dashboards, and recommendations for executives
• Embed analytics into day‑to‑day commercial execution through CRM and marketing platforms
• Ensure high‑quality pharma data is used to drive growth, access, and brand performance
• Aim of client satisfaction (NPS 72+) with delivery excellence, ensuring high quality project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Drive Gen AI tools usage to transform methods of delivery to show 30%+ efficiency
• Strong in logical reasoning, structuring analysis, asking the right questions and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations
• Drive daily client and account calls, representing the Pharma team and contributing to strategic discussions
• Drive proposal development and client presentations using latest and greatest, actively contributing to business development efforts
• Play an integral role in the pharma practice, aligning AI initiatives with broader organizational goals and closely collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Excellent navigator of complex ecosystems across clients in matrix organization, managing people dynamics at senior levels, resolving escalations
• Hungry to grow client relationship globally with the right systems, processes and team structures
• Comfortable with inter-disciplinary ways of working amongst consultants, AI, Engineering, design and other disciplines with indirect reporting and direct influence by providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional development.
• Build in-depth knowledge of client business priorities, challenges, and initiatives, translating these into actionable opportunities and develop comprehensive account plans aligned with organizational goals and client strategies to drive client QBRs & MBRs
