About The Position

This role involves providing high-level, expert advice on improvement streams within the Outpatient Transformation program. Key areas include strategies for managing state-wide outpatient waitlists, configuring new outpatient digital health systems, and enhancing current systems. The position also requires providing high-level advice on outpatient business management processes, correlating data analysis with business efficiencies, and offering program management services such as developing and reviewing project documentation, identifying and engaging stakeholders, and managing risks and issues.

Responsibilities

Provide high level, expert advice on the improvement streams in the Outpatient Transformation program, including strategies to manage state-wide outpatient waitlists, configuration of new outpatient digital health systems and enhancement of current systems.
Provide high level advice in relation to outpatient business management processes based that correlates data analysis with business efficiencies.
Provide high level program management services including the development and review of project documentation, identification and engagement of stakeholders, management of risks and issues and other deliverables.
