About The Position

TRC, Member of WSP, is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant to join their Strategy Consulting team. This role will contribute to high-quality project delivery, focusing on areas such as business process planning, change management, grid modernization, requirements gathering, IT/OT benchmarking, deployment strategies, smart grid technology deployment, and business use case creation. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing industry domain experience and a technology-agnostic perspective to various projects.

Requirements

  • Prosci Change Management certification.
  • Organizational Change Management deployment experience within electric or gas utilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school or university.
  • 9+ years of experience in a team-based professional environment.
  • Demonstrated credentials in utility consulting in two or more of the following areas: Grid Modernization Programs, Utility technologies (Distributed Energy Resource Management System, Demand Response Management System, Geographic Information Systems, Outage Management System, Advanced Distribution Management System, Work Management, Automated Metering Infrastructure, or Energy Management Systems), Utility business financials, Smart Grid programs.
  • Strong client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills.
  • Utility grid operations knowledge, breadth and depth.
  • Collaborative nature and willing to share knowledge across broader team while contributing to reusable collateral.

Responsibilities
