About The Position

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant with Life Insurance industry experience to advise client executives in business and IT and lead teams on digital transformation, process reimagination, platform modernization, AI, and consulting engagements. The role covers Life Insurance and Annuity products and functional areas across the value chain, such as distribution, marketing, new business, underwriting, policy servicing and administration, claims, regulatory compliance, and producer lifecycle activities. Relevant experience may include emerging insurance trends, data-driven underwriting, customer journey digitization, operations optimization, and implementation or modernization of Life Insurance platforms. The consultant works independently with minimal oversight to deliver high-quality client work, build client relationships, mentor others, and contribute to firm and practice development. The position involves developing business cases, facilitating meetings and decisions, delivering client presentations, and developing focused expertise. Travel to client sites and for practice work is required as needed. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a Life insurer or comparable consulting services.
Experience advising Life Insurance client executives in business and IT.
Experience leading teams in digital transformation, process reimagination, platform modernization, AI, or consulting engagements.
Strategic mindset and ability to collaborate with team members and global delivery resources.
Ability to multitask, engage stakeholders, plan effectively, and achieve operational goals.
Excellent relationship-building abilities.
Experience with Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.
Authorization to work in the United States for any employer without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Industry-related certification.
Experience with Life Insurance and Annuity products and functional areas such as distribution, marketing, new business, underwriting, policy servicing or administration, claims, regulatory compliance, and producer lifecycle.
Experience with insurance trends such as AI adoption, data-driven underwriting, customer journey digitization, and operations optimization.
Experience delivering digital transformation, modernization, or platform implementation programs across the Life value chain.
Experience with Life Insurance platforms such as ALIP, Oracle Policy Admin for L&A, Majesco, or Fineos.
Creative problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

Advise Life Insurance client executives in business and IT.
Lead teams and engagements involving digital transformation, process reimagination, platform modernization, AI, and consulting.
Analyze business operations, including current state and root causes; develop insights, recommendations, solutions, and future-state designs.
Support process optimization, change management, and design-thinking activities.
Interact with clients, including senior-level clients, and build client relationships and credibility.
Deliver high-quality client outputs on time and independently, seeking counsel when needed.
Begin mentoring and directing the efforts of others.
Identify and pursue opportunities, adapt to changing schedules and priorities, and take on new challenges.
Contribute to firm and practice building.
Develop business cases to support recommendations.
Plan and lead effective meetings, facilitate decision-making, and deliver client presentations and discussions.
Travel to client sites and for practice work efforts as needed.
