About The Position

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead complex analytical workstreams, structure project questions, guide research, data analysis, financial and pricing modelling, and ensure outputs are rigorous, accurate, and directly relevant to client needs. You will translate evidence into clear recommendations by turning data, market research, and access insights into compelling client-ready deliverables, helping shape the storyline behind strategic recommendations. You will guide project delivery and support junior colleagues by coordinating defined workstreams, reviewing outputs, supporting prioritization, and helping Associate Consultants and Consultants develop through practical coaching and feedback. You will contribute to client discussions and project direction by managing working-level client interactions, supporting alignment across stakeholders, and bringing clear analytical perspectives that help move the project forward. You will also build expertise and strengthen the team’s capabilities by deepening your knowledge in global Market Access & Pricing, contributing to proposals, developing reusable knowledge assets, and sharing expertise across the team. Requirements

5+ years of relevant professional experience, with a strong focus on Pharma Market Access & Pricing and/or management consulting.
Proven experience leading pharma-focused projects, bringing structure, analytical depth, and practical judgment to complex client questions.
Clear professional trajectory, with increasing responsibility and experiences that demonstrate value creation for clients.
Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, analytical tools, and AI-enabled ways of working, with the agility to quickly adopt proprietary platforms and use them to enhance complex analyses and client-ready deliverables
Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Nice To Haves

Both global and local Market Access & Pricing experience, US market exposure, or a PhD/equivalent degree would be considered a plus.
