About The Position

As a Consultant, you will own meaningful pieces of the work, leading defined analyses and project workstreams across research, data analysis, financial modeling, and pricing and market access topics. You will translate evidence into recommendations by turning data, research, and market insights into clear client-ready deliverables that support strategic decision-making. You will help drive project delivery by coordinating with colleagues, tracking progress, supporting day-to-day execution, and contributing to smooth communication with client counterparts. You will also grow as a consultant and market access expert by deepening your expertise in pricing, reimbursement, access, and life sciences while contributing to proposals, knowledge assets, and a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Market Access & Pricing, management consulting, or a highly analytical pharma role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative foundation, with the ability to structure complex problems and turn evidence into clear business implications.
  • Genuine ambition to grow into a Global Market Access & Pricing expert, building on either local market expertise or broader global exposure.
  • Clear career trajectory, with experiences showing increasing responsibility, learning agility, and potential to create value for clients.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Global and local MA&P experience (e.g. Germany), US market exposure, or a PhD/equivalent degree.
  • Curiosity about AI-enabled and proprietary analytical tool.
  • Confidence with Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Own high-stakes initiatives across Europe, APAC, and LATAM: launch sequencing and pricing for ATMPs and orphan drugs, indication-expansion planning, LOE strategy, forecasting, and asset due diligence.
