About The Position

We currently have career opportunities for senior consultants in our Canadian Fraud Risk Consulting team. Our team works to build a better world by transforming fraud risk management through the potential of our people, technology, and innovation. Emerging technologies are transforming fraud and requires our customers to embrace these new technological capabilities to better mitigate fraud risk in a rapidly evolving threat landscape. We work collaboratively with some of the top executives in financial institutions of all sizes and scales, helping them create and realize the best solutions for the future of fraud risk management. Each project is different, so you’ll need to be able to excel in ambiguous situations and confidently navigate ever-changing circumstances. We’ll look to you to be a self-starter, have the ability to translate complex information into simple terms, and deliver long-term solutions with confidence. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of financial industry experience, in particular working with Banks or Credit Unions or in a consulting capacity, both focus on Banking Fraud.
  • Experience delivering projects or programs, building relationships, and supporting team development.
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Agile, growth-oriented mindsets.
  • Innovative, can work in an agile way and keep pace with a rapidly changing world.
  • Demonstrated teaming, project management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Enjoy working with large teams in complex contexts.
  • Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Seek out and embrace diverse perspectives, value differences, and team inclusively to build safety and trust.
  • Relevant experience or education in technology, engineering, financial services, or other related fields.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in business development or delivering against financial targets in a service-oriented context is a plus.
  • Progression towards a Project Management certification is an asset.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients and collaborate with the team using data, and technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to deliver strategic technology-enabled transformations, better fraud mitigation and innovative analytics solutions.
  • Deliver strategic technology-enabled transformations and major digital implementations.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring clear and effective collaboration between business and technical teams.
  • Generate new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions to present to internal and external clients.
  • Lead the development and execution of systems integration projects and roadmaps.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions in the financial services industry.
  • Drive iterative development and continuous improvement using agile methodology practices.
