Requirements

Current Epic certification in Professional Billing (PB)
Strong hands-on Epic PB build, configuration, and optimization experience
Experience supporting regulatory build and system updates
Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to independently assess issues and drive work through completion
Highly self-directed and comfortable working with minimal oversight or "hand holding"
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing IT environment

Nice To Haves

Epic Charge Router certification and/or strong Charge Router experience
Previous experience supporting complex Epic PB optimization initiatives
Experience working within organizations undergoing IT operational transitions
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Consulting experience supporting healthcare organizations through optimization or stabilization efforts
