Our Senior Consultants come with a wide variety of experience leveraging their technical expertise to help our clients enhance their EHR platform to improve care delivery, patient outcomes and profitability.
Requirements
- Epic Hospital Billing certification
- Strong Epic HB generalist experience.
- Hands-on experience with Epic Hospital Billing configuration, build, and testing.
- Experience with HB workqueues, billing edits, and Revenue Cycle optimization.
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Epic denials and RMC optimization.
- Experience with Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer.
- Experience implementing Epic native automation capabilities.
- Previous experience supporting large-scale Revenue Cycle optimization engagements.
Responsibilities
- Support Epic Hospital Billing workflow and system configuration optimization.
- Complete hands-on Epic build and testing.
- Optimize Hospital Billing workqueues (WQs) and billing edits.
- Support denials and Revenue Management Center (RMC) optimization.
- Reporting using Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer.
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage Epic native automation capabilities within Hospital Billing.
