Our Senior Consultants come with a wide variety of experience leveraging their technical expertise to help our clients enhance their EHR platform to improve care delivery, patient outcomes and profitability.

Requirements

Epic Prelude certification required
Hands-on Epic RTE experience required
Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, configuration, and optimization.
Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
Ability to travel up to 25% for project milestones.

Experience with registration automation, authorization rules, workqueue optimization, and default filing order automation.

Responsibilities

Support Epic Revenue Cycle workflow and system configuration optimization.
Complete and/or develop specifications for Epic build and testing activities.
Optimize Real-Time Eligibility (RTE), including query chaining, benefit filing, and plan mapping.
Support ASA table / Auto Status Assignment optimization for referrals.
Assist with registration, authorization, and front-end workflow enhancements and automation.
Optimize patient and referral workqueues and related Revenue Cycle processes.
Partner with client IT teams to support implementation and testing.
