FMI’s Strategy Practice is seeking a high-energy, experienced Senior Consultant to join its growing Energy & Power team. FMI partners with leading organizations across the built environment to deliver strategic insights, drive growth, and solve complex business challenges. The Senior Consultant owns assigned workstreams within client engagements, co-facilitating client sessions and preparing client-ready deliverables for Engagement Manager or Partner review. This individual is accountable for the quality, timeliness, and completeness of assigned workstreams while supporting clients through change adoption and helping ensure FMI’s delivery quality standards are met. Working with growing independence under the direction of an Engagement Manager or Partner, the Senior Consultant manages workstream milestones, coordinates Analysts and Consultants, provides informal coaching, and contributes to overall engagement strategy and client relationship management. This is a full-time opportunity with potential locations in Raleigh, NC; Denver, CO; Houston, TX; Tampa, FL; or remote. Travel may reach up to 40%, depending on client needs.
