VMG Health is seeking a Content Development Senior Consultant to join their Specialty Practice Management team. This role focuses on developing high-quality deliverables for consulting engagements, internal training, and external education programs within the medical aesthetics and specialty practice space. The Senior Consultant will collaborate with consulting team members and leadership to develop, refine, and execute client-facing and internal materials that support education, strategy, and performance improvement, ensuring deliverables are clear, well-structured, and visually compelling. This position is suited for individuals who enjoy combining organization, project coordination, and content development with a strong attention to detail and an eye for design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or consulting support roles
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, client-service environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and working knowledge of Excel and Word

Nice To Haves

• Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, including survey development, distribution, and reporting
• Familiarity with healthcare, medical practice operations, medical aesthetics, or consulting environments
