Senior Consultant, Product Marketing
About The Position
As AI-powered search and recommendation become a primary way customers discover products, Dell is building a new capability focused on increasing our visibility, recommendation rate, and share of voice across large language models (LLMs) including ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, and future AI platforms. The Senior Consultant of AI Content Strategy & Discovery will lead Dell's consumer strategy for AI-driven content discovery across both the Consumer and Gaming PC businesses. This leader will define the content strategy, operating model, and governance required to ensure Dell products are accurately represented, cited, and recommended throughout the AI customer journey. Working across Product Marketing, Digital, SEO, PR, Reviews, Social, Analyst Relations, and Product teams, this role will translate AI insights into actionable content strategies that improve discoverability, influence AI recommendations, and ultimately drive demand.
Requirements
- Experience in Product Marketing.
- Experience in AI Content Strategy & Discovery.
- Understanding of AI-powered search and recommendation.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) including ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity.
- Ability to work across Product Marketing, Digital, SEO, PR, Reviews, Social, Analyst Relations, and Product teams.
- Ability to translate AI insights into actionable content strategies.
