Position Overview: This position is part of a client-facing account team responsible for supporting the delivery and evolution of AfterSales Performance and Dealership Performance Urban Science solutions, with responsibility for managing multiple monthly web-based ServiceView systems, reporting, advanced analytics, and ongoing client support. The position requires occasional client site visits and close collaboration with client stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and insight-driven deliverables. Key responsibilities include, maintaining ServiceView systems, processing and analyzing complex datasets, developing advanced SQL queries and stored procedures, and producing clear, visually compelling reports and presentations that translate data into actionable business insights. The role also involves providing hands-on support across aftersales analytics tools and sustainment and project-based work, while demonstrating strong workload management, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage client relationships and expectations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role has current Hybrid Workplace flexibility local to the Los Angeles/Orange County area and work in person in our Los Angeles, CA and client office as needed, currently two times per week (Currently Tuesdays and Wednesdays), though this may change as business needs evolve. During initial training, additional visits may be required to support hands-on learning and a smooth onboarding experience. Pursuant to California law, the reasonably expected salary range for this position is: $87,500 - $110,670 + discretionary bonus potential. This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of the compensation expected to be offered at the time of hire.
