About The Position

Arrow Service Team is looking for a full-time Senior Construction Team Lead to join our Restoration Reconstruction Team of professionals in Bismarck, ND! Arrow Service Team is based out of Bismarck, ND and is the leader in the disaster restoration industry in North Dakota. We handle a wide variety of restoration jobs from residential (primarily) to commercial and are well marketed. What makes our industry unique is that our line of work primarily entails restoring an existing property to its pre-state/pre loss condition or better. You won't get bored with the many different projects we handle on a daily basis. This is a full-time position. Typical hours are from 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Longer hours and some flexibility in hours may be needed dependent upon business needs. Team Leads and Project Managers are also on a rotating on-call schedule to handle any afterhours emergencies. Training is fully paid and on-the-job with our experienced team of Department Managers, Leads, as well as our seasoned Project Managers. We have a team of skilled employees ready to share their diverse knowledge, skills, and tricks of the trade to help you succeed. Expected core training is 2 months but depends on overall progress. In this role, you'll be learning something new every day. Training, adaptation to market conditions, and skill development is always ongoing in this trade and industry. Position Summary: The Senior Construction Team Lead works directly with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed professionally, profitably, safely, and on schedule. This role is responsible for leadership, accountability, operational oversight, team development, and management of the company field schedule.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Solid understanding of construction principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in restoration and/or construction and/or homebuilding process.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction, restoration techniques, and construction materials.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Coachability and openness to constructive criticism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License (Required).

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Accountability: Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Project Managers to review project status, scheduling, compliance, job costing, invoicing, and overall performance. Provide coaching, leadership, and accountability to ensure team goals and company standards are consistently met. Review work orders and project documentation for accuracy, clarity, and operational efficiency.
  • Operations & Field Schedule Management: Oversee and manage the company field schedule to maximize production efficiency, manpower allocation, project timelines, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate scheduling priorities with Project Managers, subcontractors, field staff, and leadership. Assist in resolving project delays, scheduling conflicts, and operational challenges. Monitoring and updating internal flooring and cabinet display materials in addition to pricing.
  • Claims, Customer & Revenue Support: Work closely with the Claims Department, adjusters, customers, and Project Managers to support approvals, supplements, and project profitability. Assist the team in achieving annual revenue goals while maintaining targeted cost of sale percentages. Support customer communication and conflict resolution when needed.
  • Training & Team Development: Conduct ongoing training and mentorship focused on leadership, communication, sales growth, estimating, customer relations, and operational consistency. Foster a positive team culture built on professionalism, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Goals: Support Project Managers in achieving individual and team revenue goals. Maintain profitability targets and cost of sale expectations. Ensure efficient management of the field schedule and project completion timelines. Promote a strong “Team First” culture focused on communication, accountability, and growth.
