Senior Construction Specialist - Central Construction Transmission North
About The Position
The Senior Construction Specialist provides expertise for the development of bid packages, work processes, methods, specifications, documents and field support on construction projects. The position will encompass all Construction Disciplines. The Project Specialist maintains direct lines of communication with all company organizations to ensure projects are complete safely and consistent with environmental regulations. The incumbent coordinates the activities of the department to ensure projects are on schedule and under budget to support the department, and user departments priorities.
Requirements
- Expertise in construction project development, including bid packages, work processes, methods, specifications, and documentation.
- Ability to provide field support on construction projects.
- Knowledge across all Construction Disciplines.
- Strong communication skills to liaen with all company organizations.
- Understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
- Ability to coordinate departmental activities to ensure projects are on schedule and under budget.
