As a Senior Construction Sourcing / Contract Manager, you will partner with senior executives and construction leaders to drive sourcing excellence, optimize contracts, and deliver measurable business value. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years in construction sourcing, procurement, contract management, and commercial negotiations
  • Experience managing AIA-based agreements and capital construction projects over $5 million
  • Proven support for global construction and facilities programs across multiple regions
  • Strong knowledge of construction contract structures and project delivery methodologies
  • Experience leading RFI and RFP processes through to contract award
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management and procurement systems such as Sirion, Ivalua, or similar

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with global vendor management and multi-country contract execution
  • Advanced understanding of compliance, risk management, and supplier governance in corporate real estate

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end construction sourcing and contracting activities for capital projects across North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Lead RFP development, bidder strategy, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and contract execution
  • Identify, assess, and qualify construction vendors, contractors, and consultants for diverse project needs
  • Manage AIA construction contracts, Master Purchase Agreements (MPAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), amendments, and country-specific agreements
  • Support renovation, workplace transformation, and capital improvement initiatives
  • Establish global contracting frameworks and supplier governance processes for consistency and compliance
  • Oversee contract lifecycle management, standardization of templates, risk mitigation, and contract governance
  • Advise Construction, Facilities, Legal, Finance, and business leaders on sourcing and contract best practices
  • Drive cost savings, contract optimization, supplier performance management, and risk reduction
  • Utilize procurement and contract management platforms including Sirion Labs, Ivalua, and Oracle
