The Senior Construction Representative will be required to provide support services full-time at the Kentucky Lock Area Office located at the Kentucky Lock & Dam (lock side) in Grand Rivers, Kentucky in support of the Kentucky Lock Addition Civil Works Mega Project. A typical tour of duty will either be five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts resulting in a total of approximately 40 hours per week. Shifts may be changed throughout the duration of the contract. Five-day work weeks can range from Monday through Friday, or Tuesday through Saturday. Four-day work weeks will be four consecutive days between Monday through Saturday, ten hours a day. There may be infrequent occasions when Sunday work is required. Work will predominantly be on night shift; however, there may be some occasions where day shift work is required. The GOV is targeting 1 July 2026 to begin on-site support services at the Kentucky Lock Area Office. If 1 July 2026 is not feasible, support services will begin no later than 30 days after task order award. The period of performance for the basic scope of work is twelve months (12), with eight (8) six-month option periods to extend the period of performance.
