As a BUILT Senior Construction Project Manager, you will help provide Construction Management leadership across all phases of DIRTT and modular construction projects. This role oversees complex project portfolios from design development and contract award through installation and closeout. The Senior Project Manager leads cross-functional teams, ensures strategic alignment with client and organizational goals, and maintains an elevated level of operational consistency, financial accuracy, and schedule performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in construction, modular construction, or architectural project delivery.
  • Experience managing complex projects across all phases, from design development through installation.
  • Strong understanding of DIRTT solutions, ICE software, and modular construction workflows.
  • Ability with AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and related project platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities including team training, delegation, and performance oversight.
  • Ability to read and interpret full architectural drawing sets, shop drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with architects, GC teams, engineers, and clients.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple large‑scale projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple complex DIRTT and modular construction projects from design development through closeout.
  • Serve as primary liaison with architects, general contractors, clients, and trade partners.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
  • Oversee development of proposals, quotes, change orders, and progress billing documentation.
  • Monitor construction schedules and communicate risks, delays, or required adjustments.
  • Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, installation drawings, and cut sheets for accuracy.
  • Support technical coordination by ensuring design intent aligns with site conditions and DIRTT requirements.
  • Review and approve team submittals including DD packages, shop drawings, implementation schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct Go/No‑Go evaluations and support preconstruction activities for new opportunities.
  • Train, mentor, and oversee Associate PMs, Designers, and Coordinators to ensure alignment and performance.
  • Coordinate site readiness, measurements, coordination, and installation planning.
  • Lead pre‑installation meetings and support onsite presence during critical installation phases.
  • Ensure compliance with modular wall and modular power codes and local construction regulations.
  • Manage deficiency tracking, punch lists, corrective actions, and final close‑out documentation.
  • Represent Workplace Resource BUILT in presentations, client tours, and strategic planning sessions.
