About The Position

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Project & Development Services — Broker-Facing Team. This role involves leading commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects from site selection through completion, delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and focused on supporting brokers and clients. This is a leadership role that encourages process improvement and innovation within the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.).
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.
Demonstrated specialization in commercial tenant improvement projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Demonstrated strategic thinking — able to see beyond task execution to how a project supports broader client and brokerage goals.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound, proactive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in a related field.
Experience leading TI projects across multiple sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and healthcare.
Demonstrated experience in change management, process improvement, and driving innovation.
Knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

Leading commercial tenant improvement projects from site selection through completion, delivering white-glove service at every stage.
Proactively identifying strategic paths to hit milestones and stay aligned with budget.
Managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Balancing a fast-moving pipeline without sacrificing precision.
Bringing an inquisitive, questioning approach to project challenges.
Influencing and improving processes and templates.
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including brokers, to ensure project success.
