RK&K is seeking a Senior CPM Analyst to join their Construction Management team to support CM, CEI, and Design-related programs. This role is open to candidates in multiple locations, with a preference for Virginia or Maryland, and hybrid/remote arrangements will be considered. The ideal candidate will have scheduling work grounded in real construction field experience, such as a field engineer, superintendent, foreman, inspector, or project engineer, before transitioning into a project controls or scheduling role. Candidates currently in the field with scheduling exposure who wish to transition fully into a scheduling role are also encouraged to apply. The position involves working as an integral part of the internal Construction Management Office, interacting with internal staff, client project managers, contractors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include providing critical analysis of incoming schedules, producing reports to monitor key performance objectives and overall contract performance on capital improvement projects. This is a client-facing role, primarily involving state Departments of Transportation and municipal clients, requiring comfort in leading meetings, presenting schedule updates, writing client communications, and discussing schedule impacts directly with owners.
