As a family-owned and operated company, we take building personally. Project Engineers support project teams in planning, coordinating and delivering construction projects. This entry-level role works closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to gain hands-on experience across budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, documentation, safety and closeout.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
- 0–5 years of construction or general contractor experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Support project budgets, estimates, schedules, procurement and subcontractor coordination.
- Assist with project documentation, meetings, quality control, safety and issue resolution.
- Help monitor costs, forecast project performance and support closeout activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors and internal project teams.
