About The Position

As a Senior Construction Inspector at Accenture Construct, you will support construction delivery for major infrastructure and capital projects. You will respond to inspection inquiries, identify potential issues, and report them to your supervisor. Working onsite with clients and partners, you will coordinate in the field with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and agencies. The role also includes assisting with preconstruction activities, monitoring contractor resources, documenting field changes, supporting negotiations, and reviewing contractor schedules. You will delegate tasks, train inspectors, help develop company inspection standards, maintain client relationships, and keep senior management informed about significant project impacts. You will participate in construction, safety, and coordination meetings. The position is onsite at client locations. The work may require standing, sitting, walking, bending, crawling, climbing, reaching overhead, and lifting 40 pounds or more. Inspectors must comply with personal protective equipment requirements and be able to work amid extreme temperatures, loud noises, and fumes. Requirements

Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience working in the construction industry.
Minimum 6 years of experience with the ability to read and interpret contract documents, including plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports.
Ability to stand, sit, and walk throughout the day; bend, crawl, climb ladders, stairs, or hills; and reach overhead.
Ability to lift 40 pounds or more.
Ability to comply with personal protective equipment requirements and endure extreme physical temperatures, loud noises, and fumes on project sites.
