About The Position

ECBuild is a top Design Build Construction Company and is looking for a Senior Construction Estimator in Baltimore, MD. Project types include Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Laboratory, MEP and Commercial.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years construction estimating/preconstruction experience
• Excellent time management skills and a high attention to detail
• Experience with Costx, mc2, Pro Contractor Navisworks Manage, BIM, Pro Contractor or similar computerized estimating software, PDF Mark-up, I-sf, and Primavera (P6), or similar applications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
• Proficient with Bluebeam
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and work at various locations
• Ability to work well with diverse, multi-disciplined groups
