About The Position
ECBuild is a top Design Build Construction Company and is looking for a Senior Construction Estimator in Raleigh, NC. Project Types include Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Laboratory, MEP and Commercial.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years construction estimating/preconstruction experience
- Excellent time management skills and a high attention to detail
- Experience with Costx, mc2, Pro Contractor Navisworks Manage, BIM, Pro Contractor or similar computerized estimating software, PDF Mark-up, I-sf, and Primavera (P6), or similar applications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
- Proficient with Bluebeam
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and work at various locations
- Ability to work well with diverse, multi-disciplined groups
