About The Position
Lead retaining wall, foundation, and construction engineering projects throughout Virginia while mentoring engineers and helping grow an expanding practice. In your first year, you'll lead construction engineering projects from field issue through resolution, become a trusted resource for clients and contractors, mentor junior engineers and inspectors, help expand Legacy's construction engineering capabilities, and play a key role in growing client relationships.
Requirements
- PE license
- Experience in retaining wall, foundation, and construction engineering projects
- Mentoring skills
- Client and contractor relationship building skills
