The Senior Configurator II, Workday is responsible for leading advanced Workday configuration, solution design, system optimization, and production support across assigned functional areas. This role serves as a senior functional and technical resource, partnering with HR, IT, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, sustainable, and compliant Workday solutions. This position translates business needs into effective system configuration, evaluates upstream and downstream impacts, troubleshoots complex issues, and ensures solutions align with enterprise processes, governance, security, and the broader HR technology roadmap. The Senior Configurator II is expected to operate with a high degree of ownership, independently managing configuration work from intake through deployment and post-production support. This role also supports release readiness, mentors team members, strengthens documentation practices, and contributes to continuous improvement across the Workday ecosystem.
