About The Position

B.H. Inc. is hiring a full-time Senior Concrete Estimator to prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for concrete projects, including takeoffs and pricing. The role evaluates project plans and specifications, visits project sites to understand conditions and limitations, and works with team members to develop comprehensive estimates. The position may be based in one of the company's offices in Phoenix, Arizona; Saint George, Utah; North Salt Lake City, Utah; Vernal, Utah; or Boise, Idaho. The role requires professional conduct and adherence to high ethical standards. The position pays $140,000–$198,000 per year, depending on experience, with weekly pay. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent construction experience.
5–10 years of experience as an estimator for concrete projects.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and owners.
Willingness to learn estimating processes, including bid invitations, takeoffs, estimating software, and plan and specification review.
Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, Agtek, and Estimate (B2W).
