About The Position

B.H. Inc. is hiring a full-time Senior Concrete Estimator to prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for concrete projects, including conducting takeoffs and pricing. The role evaluates project plans and specifications, visits project sites to understand site conditions and limitations, and works with team members to develop comprehensive estimates. The position may be based in any of the company’s offices in Phoenix, Arizona; Saint George or North Salt Lake City, Utah; Vernal, Utah; or Boise, Idaho. The role requires adherence to high ethical standards and offers an annual salary of $140,000–$198,000, depending on experience, paid weekly.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent construction experience.
5–10 years of experience as an estimator for concrete projects.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and owners.
Willingness to learn estimating processes, including bid invitations, takeoffs, estimating software, and plan and specification review.
Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, Agtek, and Estimate (B2W).
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, growth orientation, efficiency, pride in work, safety awareness, and customer service skills.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
