The Senior Concessions Manager is responsible for the overall management of concessions operations across assigned venue and service locations. This position oversees event-day and daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, financial performance, and compliance with company standards. The Senior Concessions Manager provides leadership and support to concessions managers, supervisors, and frontline staff while promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment. The Senior Concessions Manager will actively supervise, coach, train, and develop employees to ensure service excellence and successful event execution. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating concessions operations, managing labor and inventory, maintaining vendor relationships, and driving revenue growth while controlling costs and meeting budgetary goals. This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional presentation, strong leadership skills, self-direction, and sound decision-making abilities are required.
