About The Position

Aramark Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Senior Concessions Manager for Fenway Park, home to the Boston Red Sox! The Senior Concessions Manager will oversee the day-to-day functions of the concession operation. This position will report to and collaborate closely with the Division Manager of Concessions.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume, multi-unit food service management role.
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience managing in a unionized environment
Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to a unified food service experience for all customers
Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work an event-based schedule. including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by business needs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client
Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements and SLV
Deliver client and company financial targets
Adopt all Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins
Bring value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
Facilitate communications between the client, other internal departments and vendors to alleviate challenges to daily operation
Spend approximately 75% of time on the floor supervising the Concessions operation
Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
Supervise Concessions team regarding production, quality and control
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage and hour
Lead the front of the house of the dining operation conjunction with the Division Manager of Concessions
Plans, directs, and coordinates food service activities in order to deliver a finished product to the consumer
This position will closely supervise four Concessions Managers.
